HOW DID 24/7 FitMe START, AND WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Having had many fitness centers where people came to the gym to train, in groups, or for personal training, this completely stopped in 2020 with the lockdown.

With 40 years of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry, I like everyone had to change my business to survive.

 As my training method was very personal one-on-one training, I had to adapt and stay as close to the training techniques I had been using for many years.

I started using simple items I had in my home for example instead of 2kg dumbbells I used 2 large, bottled water. 

I was amazed at how tired I was after doing simple but effective movements and staying with the system I use in the fitness centers.

I am not your typical online trainer in my twenties or thirties telling you to run and sprint do burpees, and do many more exercises you can’t do anymore.

 I am of the age where I have been there, done that, and now focus on, simply slow movements with little or no weights.

I have learned so much by training and educating so many people and along the way, made so many friends and changed so many lives.

This knowledge I can pass on in our journey together.

With 247 Fit Me, all classes are live, the trainer will show and give the demonstration, and most of the time do the workout themselves. 

What I find, is online training gives you more time to exercise in the comfort of your own home while saving you the cost of an expensive gym membership.

Covid 19 has changed the fitness world, and for me, as I was not able to go to the gym it made me look at the way I could train and maintain my fitness.

 I want to say for me it was a very depressing time as I need the conversations you get at fitness centers to make me feel part of a club.

As I could no longer train, or work with other people I had to adapt to a  training system to online training, with the focus to work each body part to failure.

Muscles are worked to exhaustion on each set and respond with growth in strength, flexibility, and quality.
