I began feeling overweight and uncomfortable in my body. I work in the beauty business and made a decision that I had to lose weight and get fit. When I started the diet and training, I was very unsure that this would work and would lose my money and get no result. I was so surprised and shocked how easy this was to eat five times a day and train for only 20 minutes 3 times a week. This has now become part of my life and has helped me understand the types of food I should eat and how it effects my body.
